You can use an online mortgage calculator to get a sense of your buying power and monthly debt. Once you have an idea of your comfort level (regarding your monthly payment,) get a pre-approval either by phone, online, or in-person. A mortgage pre-approval is essential in today’s market. Your lender can also give you an estimate of what you will need for down payment, closing costs, and financial reserves. We will be happy to provide recommendations.

MAKING AN OFFER:
Once you find the home that feels right for you, we will guide you through the paperwork. You will need to complete a sales contract that includes sales price, and any contingencies necessary. We will explain disclosures, and all the conditions of the pre-written contract.
PRESENTING AN OFFER:
We will contact the listing agent to arrange for presentation of your offer and we will work with you during the negotiations.
HANDLING THE TRANSACTION FROM CONTRACT TO CLOSING
We will assist you in finding a home inspector, attorney, insurance agent, and be the person that coordinates all the communication between buyer, seller, attorney, and mortgage lender.
